I get an error when verifying my identity

If you’re having trouble, there’s probably a mismatch in the details you’ve given for verification. You can update your info here to match the ID or passport you uploaded to our payment provider Stripe.

We have to adhere to international laws, which means verifying the identity of fans who use our platform to buy or sell tickets. We work with Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. They're a global provider trusted by thousands of companies worldwide. Different countries have different document requirements and you can check which documents you need for verification here.

I didn’t get my verification SMS text message

You can try again by filling in your phone number here. Then wait for a text from us with the verification code message. When it's verified you should be able to buy and sell tickets safely and smoothly.

If this doesn’t work:

  1. Double-check your phone number is correct – adjust if needed!

  2. Check if your text message inbox is full – if so, delete some unneeded messages to make room for ours.

  3. Check your network connection – sometimes you can fix low coverage by turning airplane mode on and off.
