I can’t log in to my account – what can I do?

There are different ways to sign up, so there are different ways to log in. Read on to get more info.

How did you log in the first time?

Gmail account

If your TicketSwap account is connected to your Gmail account, just click the Gmail button at the login screen. Then just confirm your account and you should be good to go. 🙌

Facebook account

Make sure you’ve also given TicketSwap permission to connect to your Facebook. In this case, your login email and password will always be the same as the password from your Facebook account.

If you can’t remember your Facebook password make sure to reset it through Facebook's website. Then you can log in to TicketSwap with your new password.

Email address

If you’re registered with your email, you can enter this email address when logging in. Then you’ll get a link in your email which will keep you logged in to TicketSwap for the next 30 days.

If you didn’t get our email, make sure to check your spam folder!

Apple ID

You can easily use your Face ID or Apple ID password to log in. But in this case it’s best to only use your Apple ID to log. If you log in with both your email and Apple ID you might sign up to notification twice, if this is the case you can read about how to fix that here.
