On TicketSwap
In the app
If you’re on the TicketSwap app on your phone, you can find everything you’ve bought under the tickets section.
On the website
If you're on the website or your laptop, you can see them under ‘Your tickets’ on the home page.
To get in easier at the door, try downloading the TicketSwap app, and otherwise you can print them out.
Shared with me on TicketSwap
You’ll need to accept the tickets shared in your TicketSwap app. After this they’ll be in your tickets. 👛
In your email
Organiser tickets on TicketSwap
If you choose the option to buy tickets from the organiser on their website, the tickets will be sent to your email account by the organisers. Check your email to find your tickets, or in your spam folder.
If you download the ticket from there, you can move it to your TicketSwap account for easy access or to share with your friends.
Confirmation email
If you’re still having trouble, remember to check which email the order confirmation was sent to and make sure to log in with the same email. This way you’ll find your tickets in the app or website in your tickets. Otherwise you can contact our Support team – they’ll be happy to help.
