Sometimes you’ll see the option to buy an organiser ticket on our platform. It’s still a safe and secure ticket – it just comes directly from the organiser.
How do I find my organiser ticket?
Check your email account for the ticket. As it’s from the original organiser, the ticket won’t automatically be in your tickets section. Remember to check the same email you used to buy the ticket.
Once you download it, you can import it to TicketSwap if you’d like to keep track of all your tickets in one place.
What’s the difference between a ticket from a fan and from an organiser?
We can sell organiser tickets when we have a partnership with an event organiser. The link to an organiser shop is normally above another fan’s listing of their tickets.
The difference is that if you buy a ticket through that link, you’re buying from the organiser or official ticket website for that event. If you buy a fan ticket – you’re buying from another fan who wants to sell their ticket, normally for a lower price.
