Where can I download my ticket?
You can only download your tickets by using your laptop or computer.
If you’ve bought tickets on our platform, you can find them under 'Your Tickets' on the homepage.
From there, you can click the download button for each ticket that you’d like to print.
It will save to your device and you can print from your downloads.
Make sure that each ticket you download is different. You can check this by looking at the name on the ticket or check that the barcodes are different.
Can I sell a screenshot of my physical ticket?
For safety reasons we can’t accept screenshots of your ticket. If you’ve bought a ticket from another fan on TicketSwap, you can find it in your tickets and from there you can create a listing by clicking the sell button at the top of the tickets you’d like to sell.
If you’ve bought a ticket somewhere else, you can import it into your tickets from any device.
