If you want to turn off alerts for an event, but you keep receiving notifications, that could be incredibly annoying. No-one wants to keep getting e-mails or push notifications for an event they are (no longer) interested in. Luckily, this issue is easily resolved in most cases. If not, our support team is there to help out!

Step 1: Check if you have multiple accounts

In most cases, this problem is caused by multiple accounts being linked to your name. Please check on which mail the notifications come in, and use that mail to manually log in. From there, you can remove the ticket alert on the event page or in the settings on your profile.

Step 2: Check if you're logged in using Apple ID

If this doesn't work, it's very possible that you logged in using your Apple ID at a certain point. If, at the time, you chose to hide your e-mail, this creates a duplicate account in our system, since we don't get to link your log-in attempt to your old account. This means you need to turn off notifications twice. You can solve this by logging in twice, once using your mail/Facebook and once using your Apple ID. If you turn off ticket alerts on both accounts, the issue should be resolved.

If even that doesn't work, please let us know and we'll get to the bottom of it for you.
