How do I manage my ticket alerts?
Setting an alert
You can very easily set an alert on the app or website, on the page of an event. When you slide the button to the right, you can specify which tickets you want to set an alert for.
Deleting an alert
Turning off ticket alerts is really easy ✔️. In the notification email, there is a link: 'turn off alerts'. When you click on this link, you'll stop receiving notifications. You can also go to my ticket alerts and delete your ticket alert. In the app, you can delete it by clicking on the tab 'More', where you will find ticket alerts which you can select and delete.
It's also possible to delete an alert from the event page! Just disable the toggle and you should not receive any further alerts.
