Some ticketing companies use mobile tickets, or digital tickets that are not printable or in PDF format. Ticketmaster uses “mobile-only tickets”, which means you can only find the ticket on your iOS or Android mobile device in their app. They do this for extra safety to make sure the right person gets in at the door.

Selling & transferring tickets
To set up your listing in the TicketSwap app, hit “Sell” and follow the steps shown. If you bought tickets through Ticketmaster’s platform, you’ll need to access and manage your tickets from their platform, the Ticketmaster app. Here’s how it works:
Copy the unique email address you see in the TicketSwap app to your clipboard
Go to the Ticketmaster app*
Hit ️transfer under the “+” button
Enter TicketSwap as the recipient
Paste the email address you copied to your clipboard
Go back to the TicketSwap app and finish your listing
Your tickets are always private until a buyer pays for your ticket.

Buying & accepting transferred tickets
To accept a ticket you’ve bought, we’ll send a message by email and notification to guide you. All you need to do is accept the ticket through the Ticketmaster app. Download the Ticketmaster app for iOS or Android if you haven’t already – this is the easiest way to accept your ticket. Here’s how it works:
Check your email to accept the ticket from us – it’s titled “Accept your ticket to [Name of your event]!”
Hit “Accept ticket/s” and we’ll take you to the Ticketmaster site
Log in or sign up to Ticketmaster*
Hit “Accept tickets” and go to Tickets to find your purchased tickets. Check out an example of accepting tickets from Ticketmaster below.
Now all you have to do is show your ticket from the Ticketmaster app when you’re at the door. Enjoy the show!
