Trying to sell and transfer or buy and accept your Ticketmaster* mobile-only tickets? If you’re selling or buying Ticketmaster digital tickets, you’ll always find the ticket on your iOS or Android mobile device in their app. Read on for help with the steps.

How does ticket transfer work?

Some ticketing companies use digital tickets and don’t allow paper copies. You’ll always find a Ticketmaster mobile ticket on the iOS or Android app, or on their website. All you have to do is follow the steps here to transfer your ticket to us via your Ticketmaster account.

What if I want the ticket back?

Not interested in selling your ticket anymore for a Ticketmaster event and it hasn’t been sold yet? You can cancel the transfer in your Ticketmaster account. Then, simply remove it from sale in your listings on TicketSwap.

How can I find my ticket on Ticketmaster?

Your mobile tickets will not be printable, so you can find them in your Ticketmaster account under “My Tickets” → “Upcoming Events”. They’ll always send you an order confirmation email as well, where you can find a link to your account and purchase. Can’t remember your Ticketmaster login details? Just go to your order through your confirmation email and reset your password.

What if my tickets are in the O2 Venue App, Co-op Live App or OVO Arena App?

If you've purchased your tickets in the UK with the O2 Venue App, Co-Op Live App or OVO Arena App, you'll need to log in there with the original email address you used to buy the tickets.

You can check Ticketmaster's website in the following links for more info on using other apps to log in, access your tickets, and eventually transfer and sell them on TicketSwap:

I’m seeing an error when I try to accept tickets

In the TicketSwap app

Make sure that you’re logged in to your TicketSwap account when accepting tickets, otherwise you might get a 404 message when you click “Accept tickets”.

In the Ticketmaster app

Alternatively, if you’re already in the Ticketmaster app, sometimes it might time out or not see your tickets right away after accepting. Just close the Ticketmaster app and go back to your Account page, then go to the Tickets/My tickets section. Your tickets should be there if you’ve already gone through the accepting process, or they should be sent if you’ve transferred them!

Why can’t I take a screenshot of the tickets to show at the door?

Ticketmaster only accepts the “live” ticket version shown from within their app to enter an event. This is to ensure safety with tickets being unique to one person, so please get the app on your phone for easy entry into the show.
