TicketSwap works together with a lot of events and ticket providers. Although, we work together, it could still happen that you receive an error message while putting your ticket up for sale. This article will explain what your error message means and what you could do yourself to prevent or solve this error message.


It looks like the organizer of this event doesn't allow ticket resale.

The ticket type that you purchased is not allowed for resell. This can have multiple reasons.


It looks like the ticket provider says this isn't valid for the event you selected.

The organizer of the event does not allow you to resell the ticket you purchased for them.

The ticket provider says this ticket has already been scanned at the entrance.

The ticket you are trying to sell, has already been scanned at the entrance of the event. You, or someone else already used the ticket.

The ticket provider says this ticket has been cancelled or isn't valid anymore.

Your tickets have been cancelled or you cancelled the tickets yourself. You either received a refund or a replacement ticket.

It looks like this ticket has already been sold.

You already sold this ticket on TicketSwap! Please check 'My listings' in your account to see when and for which price you sold the ticket. It is impossible to sell a ticket twice on TicketSwap.
