What’s an attachment?
An attachment is usually a membership or an additional ticket that gives you access to a service at an event. It might be something the original buyer received along with their main ticket, such as a voucher for drinks, a locker, or parking. Or you might need it to enter the event.
Attachments are extras that are linked to a main ticket, such as add-ons or additional products. Attachments can’t be sold separately on TicketSwap.
Locker tickets are not attachments.
If your locker is listed as a separate ticket by the organiser, you can sell it on TicketSwap just like a regular ticket.
If your membership ticket includes both entry and extras in one single ticket, it must be sold as one listing.
Adding an attachment on TicketSwap is always free, and you can’t make any profit from it, even if you paid for it.
How do I add an attachment to my ticket?
You can’t sell a membership or attachment on its own, but you can always attach it for free to the event ticket, so your buyer can enjoy any additional tickets that might help them get into the show.
When you’re at the Ticket selected step:
Make sure to look at the files in the entrance and attachment parts, so you don’t mix them up.
Tap Mark as attachment for the ticket which is the extra membership or attachment ticket.
Then set the price based only on the entrance ticket, not the attachment or membership
💡 Buyers will receive both files when they buy and download the ticket.
