I’m getting a technical error

Payment processing, 403, 404, or 500 errors

  • “Payment processing error” – You can fix this by checking that your payment details are up to date, your account is verified, and you’re signed into the correct account.

  • “403 error” – It means our system saw too many page refreshes or upload attempts in a short time. You can wait a couple of minutes and then try to refresh the page again

  • A “404” or “500 error” – There's something wrong on our side, but we’re probably already working on it…🛠️. Come back later and refresh the page.

I’m getting errors while uploading my ticket

  • “Already listed” or “Listed or sold by someone else error” – This means that someone has already put the ticket up for sale from your account. You should be able to view the ticket in your listings. Make sure you’re signed into the right account and that it’s verified. If you’d like to list it again from scratch, delete the existing one and you can start over.

  • “Ticket is waiting to be accepted” or “You are sharing this ticket error” – You’re most likely sharing your ticket with someone else. The ticket is valid, but it can only be viewed by one person at a time. To see the ticket, click on “Stop sharing”. Now the other person will no longer have access to the ticket unless you share it again.

  • “Upload PDF file” – Means your ticket is in the wrong format. You can fix this by going to your order confirmation in your email, and downloading the ticket from there as a PDF. You can check out our FAQ about the ticket formats we accept or here if you’re selling a screenshot, a hard copy of a ticket you haven't received yet.

  • “Tickets don’t match the event” or “Tickets are edited” – Check the event and category for your ticket is correct. Also, make sure that the ticket is the original format. This means it shouldn’t be cropped or split. Then, you can re-upload the PDF file.

  • “Ticket is a membership” – You uploaded a membership pass rather than an entrance ticket. You can either mark it as an attachment to the entrance ticket for free, or sell only the entrance ticket and keep the membership for later. You can read more about attachments here.

I’m getting organiser or ticket provider Errors

  • “Resale not allowed” – It normally means the organiser doesn’t allow the ticket to be sold for the event category you’re trying to upload. Or it can mean that the event organiser has strict rules about personalisation. (If you’d like to be really proactive, reach out to the organiser and ask them to partner with us!)

  • “Ticket has already been scanned at the entrance” – This means that the ticket was used at the door already and can’t be resold. You can check whether the ticket is the correct one you meant to upload and try again.

  • “Ticket has been cancelled or isn’t valid anymore” – Your ticket was refunded or replaced and it isn’t valid to be sold anymore.

  • “This ticket has already been sold” – You sold this ticket before. It might have been a mix up if you bought multiple tickets and are only selling a portion. You can check “My listings” to see when and for what price you sold it.
