To sell on our platform you’ll have to upload the original file of the ticket. Our system can see if it’s a scan, a screenshot or if it was manually split. Make sure to upload the original file as is.
There are multiple tickets in my file
No worries! You never need to change the file if there are multiple tickets in it. Just upload the original file as is, and our system will automatically split the tickets for you. Then you can choose which ones you want to list for sale, and which ones you’d like to keep.

There are multiple QR codes on one page
If this is the case you should reach out to our Support team and they'll split the tickets for you. If you’ve tried to do this yourself, it can come up as an error because an edited ticket won’t pass our safety checks.
Sometimes if there are multiple QR or barcodes which are the same in a file, this will also cause an error. In this case you should also reach out to us. We have these checks in place to ensure safety on the platform, and that every ticket works at the door.
I have a screenshot, scans or a different format ticket
Unfortunately, we can’t accept scans or physical tickets on our platform. You can usually request the original ticket from the event organiser if you haven't already received it.
