I have multiple tickets in one file
Just upload the file as is – our system will automatically split the tickets for you, even if there are several on one page. Then just choose the ticket you’d like to sell. This will be the only one posted on the platform for sale.
My ticket is in a different format
Your ticket is in a different format?
Got something else? Read this article if you’ve got a screenshot, email, hard copy, or haven’t received your ticket yet.
If your tickets have multiple barcodes or QR codes on the same page, reach out to us and we’ll split them for you.
My tickets are all different prices
You might have a mix of tickets such as regular, youth, or parking. There are also different price ranges for tickets like early bird and late bird.
You can still sell these, but it’s best to create a different listing for each category. You should see the different categories once you choose the event, just select the one that applies to the tickets you’re selling.
Remember, you can’t list tickets you got for free or that you bought for less than 5 euros (varies slightly per country). The ticket should also always cost more than the minimum amount allowed for the currency you’re selling in. We’ll let you know the exact minimum value when you’re creating your listing.
Selling packs, bundles and memberships
I have a ticket that’s in a bundle
Sometimes, it’s only possible to sell tickets as a bundle since entrance plus extras might be under one category and can only be used together. In this case, you should chose the category that includes all the tickets in your confirmation and sell them as a bundle.
I have Ticketmaster transfer tickets or I’m selling as a pack
Since these tickets have only one transfer link, you can only sell all the tickets as a pack. This means all the tickets in the original purchase must be kept together and sold together. Find out more about selling through Ticketmaster transfer.

I want to attach a membership with my ticket
You can’t sell a membership, but if you’d like to add it to your listing to help another fan out, you can attach it to the ticket when selling. Make sure you also include this in the description of your listing, this way buyers know exactly what is included with their ticket.
The category for my ticket doesn’t exist – how do I list my ticket?
Double check the list again to avoid making duplicates.
If the category doesn’t exist yet contact our Support team and they’ll add it for you.
Once it’s approved, you can list your ticket as usual. This process could take up to a couple of hours.
Can I use a ticket that didn't sell?
Absolutely! If a ticket hasn’t sold and you’re sure that you’ll use it, just remember to delete your listing to avoid any last-minute hiccups.
