How can I manage my listing?

If you’ve listed a ticket on TicketSwap, you can edit, pause, or delete it any time before it sells.

I want to change or manage my listing

📱 If you’re on the App:

  1. Go to the "Sell" tab and click on your listing.

  2. Tap “Manage listing” to edit price or description.

💻 On a web browser

  1. Go to “Your listings” in your account.

  2. Click “Manage your listing” under the ticket.

  3. You can “Edit price or description” here.

From there you can:

  • Change the price of your listing.

  • Update ticket details (if something’s incorrect).

  • Pause your listing temporarily if you don’t want to sell right now.

  • Once you’ve made your changes, hit “Save” – your listing will update right away.

Helpful tips for listing your tickets for sale

  • Check that you’ve selected the correct event and ticket type

  • Make sure the ticket is valid and unedited (no cropping or splitting)

  • Check that the file is an original PDF or transfer link

Once it’s live, your listing will appear on the event page and be visible to fans looking for tickets. You’ll get a notification when it sells.

I’ve completed my listing but can’t see my tickets for sale

If you’ve listed tickets but don’t see them on the event page, or you’ve been waiting hours without a sale notification, you may need to complete your Stripe verification.

Just go to your verification page and fill out your info. After a couple of hours, Stripe will confirm it and your listing will go live again.

I’m listing a Ticketmaster transfer ticket

Ticketmaster tickets work a bit differently. You’ll need to transfer the ticket to the buyer through the Ticketmaster app once it sells. You can read more about how ticket transfer works.

I’d like to delete my ticket

You can delete a listing as long as it hasn’t been sold yet.

  1. Go to “Your listings”

  2. Select the ticket

  3. Tap “Remove listing”

Your ticket will stay in your account, so you can use it or relist it later.

Good to know

  • If your ticket is in another fan’s cart, you’ll need to wait until the cart timer runs out before you can delete or update it.

  • If the ticket is already sold, it can’t be deleted or reused. You can still track your payout.

Want to sell your ticket somewhere else?

No problem – it’s your ticket. You’re free to sell it to a friend or list it on another platform if you choose. Just make sure to remove it from TicketSwap first. If it sells here while it’s listed elsewhere, you could be responsible for the refund. That’s part of our T&C's.
