What to do if my ticket is in the ticket provider app?
For some ticket providers like Resident Advisor, you’ll need to download your PDF ticket directly from the ticket provider website. Here’s how:
Log in to the organiser platform either on your phone or on your desktop
Go to the My Tickets section or wherever the tickets are stored
From there, you’ll be able to download the ticket to your files
I’m on an iOS device
Here’s how to download your tickets as a PDF:
Go to the Safari browser
Open the ticket in your email or on the organiser’s website
Tap the Share icon (it’s a square with an arrow pointing upwards)
In the menu, select Markup (the circle with the pencil inside)
Select Done on the top right of your screen
Then just tap Save File To and choose where to save your ticket
I’m on my Android device
You can download your tickets by using the Print option on an Android device
Open the ticket in your email or on the organiser’s website
Go to the Menu by selecting the three horizontal dots “...” on your screen
Tap Share from the menu and choose Print from the sharing options
Save as a PDF to your files.
Selling tickets is easy when you have the right file in the right format. Just go straight to the TicketSwap app and import your tickets from your device by going to Sell tickets, or by clicking Import in the Tickets section.
