Why sell primary tickets via TicketSwap?

Selling primary tickets means listing your own tickets directly on TicketSwap as an official partner. These tickets appear on the event page under the "Tickets" section, alongside fan-to-fan resales.

This allows you to use TicketSwap as an additional sales channel, helping you reach a wider audience and potentially sell out faster.

✨ Your partner profile appears at the top of the event page when selling tickets.

Why this is great:

  • Reach our community of over 15 million users around the world

  • Increase visibility for your event without complex integrations

  • Build trust by selling in a safe, well-known marketplace

  • Access insights and reports on ticket performance

  • Manage sales easily via our Partner Bot

Note: This feature requires authorisation by both TicketSwap and the event organiser.

If you are the event organiser and not a third-party reseller, you can also fully integrate your own shop with TicketSwap if you're using Weezevent or Paylogic. An FAQ about this option is coming soon!

How to get started:

Selling your primary tickets is simple. Here's how:

  1. Create a TicketSwap account → ticketswap.com/login

  2. Add your personal and banking information → http://ticketswap.com/account/residence

  3. Complete your Stripe and company setup → https://www.ticketswap.com/account/payout-information

  4. Go to the Partner Bot. You’ll find it in the bottom-right corner of your screen when logged into your TicketSwap account. Or click the (?) at the top of your screen.

  5. Select the following options in the bot:

    • I want to sell primary tickets

    • Then follow the guided steps to submit your information

Once everything is set up, we’ll review your details and approve your event. You’ll then be able to upload your ticket file and start selling.
