How does international organiser resale work?
If international organiser resale is available for your event, you’ll usually receive an email or find a resale link from the organiser.
To sell your ticket:
Open the resale link provided by the organiser
You’ll be taken to TicketSwap to start the selling process
Follow the steps to list your ticket under the conditions set by the organiser
Once another fan buys your ticket, we’ll guide you through the rest as normal
Your ticket is sold to another fan. The organiser doesn’t buy or sell your ticket from or to you.
You’ll also be able to view the applicable terms before you continue.
Who decides the resale conditions?
The organiser sets the resale conditions for their event. This means some parts of the selling process may be different depending on the event. For example, the organiser may decide when tickets can be resold or which pricing conditions apply.
How do service fees work?
For international organiser resale, the organiser charges the service fees. Depending on the event, an additional organiser fee may also apply. You’ll see the fees that apply to you in the price breakdown before listing your ticket. TicketSwap will separately charge the buyer a transaction fee for handling the transaction.

The link will take you to TicketSwap, where you can follow the steps to sell your ticket.
If you can’t find the link, check the emails or ticket information you received from the organiser.
