You might receive an error message after uploading your ID, saying there’s a mismatch between the date of birth on your identification document and the one in our system.
You can make sure the date of birth is set correctly in your account (https://www.ticketswap.com/account/residence). Please note, that this can only be done on a desktop. After this, you should be able to get verified very quickly!
