Changing the name on my profile
Your public name is added when you create your account, so it can only be changed by our Support Team if you reach out to them.
If you’d like to change the name to verify your identity, you can go to our basic verification page and update your name to match the one on the ID you sent us. We do need your real name – it’s to keep fans safe by making sure only genuine accounts use our platform. It’s also needed if you’ve sold a ticket and would like to be paid out.
Changing my phone number
You can change your phone number here. Or you can go to your Account on TicketSwap and edit your information from there. It’s important we have your number so we can prevent people who try to misuse our platform.
Changing my email address
You can change your email address here. You’ll always need to verify your email when you sign up to our platform as this is where we’ll send you the verification code or confirmations when you buy or sell your tickets. 🙌
Changing my date of birth
We need your real date of birth when we have to match your info to your ID in order to confirm your payout details. You can change it in your TicketSwap profile here.
Why do I need to share my personal info?
We work with Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, they're a global provider trusted by thousands of companies worldwide. When you sign up, we only need your email address. When you want to buy or sell tickets on our platform, we need to have more info – find out more about this here.
