Our Partner Bot makes managing your events on TicketSwap easy and hassle-free! Whether you're adding new events, updating ticket details, or requesting an event unblock, the bot helps simplify the process so you can focus on what matters most.
Where can I find the Partner Bot?
You can access the Partner Bot directly through the TicketSwap website
Log in to your account via the TicketSwap website.
There are 3 ways to access it:
By visiting ticketswap.com the bot will pop up for you
Clicking the ? icon in the top right of the screen makes it pop up
Clicking the Messenger icon located in the bottom right corner.
Click ‘Contact us’ and start chatting!
What can the Partner Bot help me with? Here are some examples
Adding an event
Here's how to quickly add your event:
Choose the option "Add Event" in the bot.
Add the link from the official website to the ‘Link’ text box
Submit your request and our team will be notified and will get to work.
Modifying your event
Need to adjust your event details? Easy:
Pick the option "Modify Event".
Clearly state what changes you'd like, such as price adjustments or event details.
Send your request, and we'll quickly handle the rest!
Unblocking an event
If you want your event unblocked from our platform, don't worry:
Select "Unblock Event".
Add the TicketSwap link of the event that’s blocked.
Submit your request. Our team will review it promptly!
Activating SecureSwap
SecureSwap keeps ticket exchanges safe by invalidating the original seller's ticket and creating a brand-new one for each buyer. Activating SecureSwap ensures added security for your event’s tickets. Here's how you can activate SecureSwap:
Select "Modify Event" in the Partner Bot.
Find and click the button specifically designed for activating SecureSwap.
Follow the instructions provided by the bot to complete activation. Please select the Ticket Provider you are using!

What happens after I submit a request?
After submitting your request:
Our team is notified and will handle it as soon as possible.
