Trying to sell a ticket but it's not in PDF format? We understand this can be a bit of a puzzle. But don't worry, we're here to guide you through the process.

Why aren't paper tickets or scans accepted?

For security and efficiency, we can't accept hard-copy tickets, scans, or photos. Our platform requires the original PDF, .pkpass or ticket screenshot format to ensure a smooth transaction. Wondering what to do next? Let's explore your options.

How to sell a hard copy ticket

Start by reaching out to the event organiser. They might be able to provide a PDF version. Once you have your ticket in a PDF or .pkpass format, you're all set to sell it for a wide range of events, from festivals and concerts to sports events and more.

What ticket types are not supported?

Flight tickets, guest-list tickets, or tickets won in contests can't be bought or sold. These are usually registered under specific names, which could lead to complications for the buyer.
