Why am I getting an error that my ticket is being blocked?
Our system might be flagging your tickets as personalised or free. It’s because these tickets often come with conditions that don’t guarantee a safe and fair experience for buyers.
We generally don't allow the resale of:
Tickets that were won, gifted, or received for free
Tickets that bought on an auction website
Tickets with a significant discount
Tickets that are personalised or guest-list
It's because if someone has been gifted a ticket from their workplace – the experience will normally be tailored to them. Or, if you bought them on a ticket auction (such as Vakantieveilingen or Ticketveiling), we can't be sure that it's a safe ticket.
Also, when a ticket was received for free, selling the ticket would go against our maximum price rule policy of 120% in most countries.
But sometimes a ticket is bought at a small discount, like when someone has signed up to receive pre-sale tickets. In this case, you should be allowed to sell, as long as you list it for how much you bought it and your asking price is within the price cap of the country you’re selling in.
