On TicketSwap, we work hard to ensure the safety of our platform. A big part of this is the partnership we have with some ticket providers and event organizations. We call them 'Secure Swap' partnerships, in which we ensure the safe swapping of the tickets from sellers to buyers.

For this reason, we have a partnership with Ingresse, and their tickets can only be sold on our platform through the App.

This is how you open the Ingresse tickets you bought on TicketSwap:

  1. You buy your ticket on TicketSwap and open it;

  2. You are redirected to Ingresse App, to authenticate your ticket;

  3. The ticket goes back to TicketSwap App;

  4. After that validation, the QR-Code will only be available on your TicketSwap account;

  5. At the entrance of the event, all you have to do is to show the QR-Code on TicketSwap App!

Since this is a SecureSwap ticket, this QR-Code was generated exclusively for you, and scanning it at the entrance of the event makes your information available for the organization of the event at the door.

In case you can't open your ticket, it could be two things: you are looking for them on Ingresse App (where they are no longer be available), or your TicketSwap App is not up to date.

In case you can't open your ticket on your TicketSwap App after the authentication, try to uninstall and reinstall the App.
