My information at Ingresse is not the same as at TicketSwap

To buy or sell tickets on our platform, your information at Ingresse and TicketSwap needs to be the same.

My email address at TicketSwap and Ingresse is different, what do I do now? No worries! You have the possibility to change your information directly on Ingresse's website! For now, it is not possible to do this through the Ingresse app.
Changing your data is easy, and you just need to follow the steps below. ⬇️

Change your data using your cell phone: ☎️

  1. Access the Ingresse website through the mobile browser;

  2. Log in to your Ingresse account;

  3. In the upper left corner, click on the menu button, which has a 🍔 "hamburger shape";

  4. Click on your name at the top left of the screen;

  5. That's it! You will be in the "My Data" area and just choose the option you want to change: phone, e-mail or password.

Change your data using your computer: 💻

  1. Access the Ingresse website through your computer browser;

  2. Log in to your Ingresse account;

  3. Click on "My data" in the upper right corner of the screen;

  4. That's it! 🎉 You will be in the "My Data" area and just choose the option you want to change: phone, e-mail or password.

Please mind the following:

  • If you choose to change your e-mail, you will receive an authentication code via SMS or WhatsApp, by the phone number registered at Ingresse, to complete the change.

  • If you choose to change your phone number, you will receive an authentication code via email from the email address registered at Ingresse.

  • If you want to change your password, just enter your current password and choose a new one. By following the instructions above, you will have your registration updated!
