How do I update my payout details?
You can always update your preferred payout bank account details in your drafted listing, or through your Account settings.
What's an IBAN?
An IBAN is an International Bank Account Number that's used worldwide. This code contains up to 34 letters and numbers and helps banks process transfers globally.
You can find your full IBAN number:
In your banking app
At the top of your bank statement
On your debit card
Each country has a different format for an IBAN. Check the format for your country here to make sure you're entering your account number correctly.
You can also use the IBAN calculator to make sure you've got the correct IBAN code for your account.
When will I get paid?
For standard events, we'll transfer the amount within 5 business days. Some events, like unpartnered ones, won’t be paid out to the seller until after the event has ended. This is to ensure safety for all fans and prevent fraud.
We’ll always let you know this when you’re listing a ticket for sale. You can also find updates on the status of your Payouts in your Account. For more info on checking your payouts and details to ensure you’ll get paid fast, read this article on troubleshooting any payout delays.
Can I change my payout account details after selling tickets?
We're unfortunately not able to change the payout account after you've sold your tickets. You can try to change your payout details in your Account immediately after selling, but we can't guarantee it'll update in time.
If the bank account you provided happens to be closed, the money will bounce back. Then, we'll automatically try to send your payout again whenever you've updated your payout bank details. You can then expect the money within 5 business days from us receiving the correct payout details.
