When can I edit my ticket details?
For event organisers we’re partnered with like Zwarte Cross, we can turn on our SecureSwap feature. This makes it possible to add ticket details that the organisers need, like your name, phone number or even country to your ticket.
For some events, it’s now possible to re-edit these details. For example, when organisers check IDs at the door or you give your ticket to a friend.
How can I re-personalise my ticket details?
You can re-personalise by going to the ticket overview in your account. If there’s an option to change your ticket info, there will be a button that says ‘Edit ticket details’. Then you’ll be able to add new ticket details.
There’s another name on my ticket, why can't I re-personalise it?
Sometimes there won’t be the option to personalise or edit your ticket details again. But don’t worry, our system checks every ticket on our platform for safety, and we’ll always be there to help if you run into issues at the door.
