How can I edit my ticket after it’s already been personalised?

When can I edit my ticket details?

When we have partnerships with event organisers like Zwarte Cross, it’s possible to add ticket details that the organisers need such as your name, phone number or even country. It’s part of our SecureSwap feature.

For some specific events, you’ll be able to edit these details again, which is especially important for cases where organisers are checking ID’s at the door, and you’ve decided to give your ticket to a friend.

How can I re-personalise my ticket details?

You can re-personalise by going to the ticket overview in your account. If there’s an option to change your ticket info, there will be a button that says “Edit ticket details”. Here you’ll be able to add new ticket details.

My ticket has a different name on it and I don’t have the option to re-personalise

Sometimes there won’t be the option to personalise or edit your ticket details again. But don’t worry, we always do what we can to make sure your ticket is safe and will get you access at the door. If you want to learn more, check out this helpful article about personalisation.
