Check the payout status in your Account

Sold a ticket on our platform? Nice one! If it’s a standard event you should see the money in your account within 5 business days.

If you want to be sure exactly when it’s coming, you can see all the updates in the Payouts section of your account. We’ll update you there as it’s moving along through our system.

Some reasons a payout might take longer

Check that you’re fully verified

We follow international rules called Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. This means we need some personal info from you like your name, address and phone number, so we can pay you out. It’s also in our T&Cs when you sign up.

Check in your Account to make sure you’ve entered all your info to be verified as a seller. If you’d like to know more about how we’re keeping you and your data safe, you can read here to learn more about KYC rules and why we need your personal info to verify you.

Not a partnered event? Payouts arrive after

Sometimes we have to pay you after the event has ended. This means the money will arrive in your bank account within 5 days after the end of the event.

Most of the time it’s because we don’t have a partnership with the organisation hosting the event. It helps us prevent fraud on our platform and we’ll always tell you this is the case when you’re listing your ticket.

Make sure your bank account details are up to date

You can check if your payout details are up to date here. If you’ve changed your bank account and the payment bounced, we retry once the info is updated. But this means in some cases the payout might take up to 10 days from the day we get the correct info.

Other possible reasons for delayed payouts

Your Payout section in your account might say that it’s delayed or paused. This can happen for different reasons such as the system flagging your account or if you have any open cases with us – find out more about delayed payouts here.

In any case, you should also check the email with which you signed up to sell tickets. We’ll let you know about any updates there.
