Firstly, it’s important to check if you’re actually looking at the account you bought tickets for. You can check this by going to the confirmation mail we sent to you and making sure you’re logged in on the account attached to that email address. Most of the time, this is what causes the ticket to be unavailable in the app.

If you didn’t get the confirmation email from us (neither in your inbox nor spam folder), it is possible something went wrong with the payment. In these cases, you will get an automated mail and will refund any deducted money to your account within 10 business days.
