If you're having trouble finding your ticket in your TicketSwap account, don't worry! Here are a few things you can do to try and locate it:
Check that you're using the correct account. It's possible that you may have used a different email address, or logged in using Google or Apple. Double-check that you're using the correct login information.
Note: Make sure to remember your login method, or you will create several different TicketSwap accounts which may lead to a lot of confusion!
Check your email. When you purchase a ticket on TicketSwap, we usually send an email with the ticket information to the email address associated with your account. Make sure to check your inbox, as well as your spam or junk folders. It's possible that the email could have been redirected there.
Contact support. If you've checked both your account and email and still can't find your ticket, it's possible that something went wrong with the payment. In this case, please contact our Support team and provide them with as much information as possible, such as the event name, date, and email address associated with your account. Our support team will do their best to help you locate your ticket.
