Here at TicketSwap, our top priority is to ensure a safe and secure experience for all users. To achieve this, we partner with over 6,000 organizers, venues, and ticketing companies worldwide to offer SecureSwap. This system invalidates tickets after purchase and swaps them for a brand new, unique ticket in the buyer's name. However, it's important to note that not all tickets on our platform have SecureSwap enabled.

In some situations, we can't invalidate or swap tickets. This can be due to technical circumstances. But don't worry, all tickets listed on our platform, regardless of whether they have SecureSwap enabled or not, have to pass through numerous extensive checks in our system. This way, we maintain a safe and stress-free experience for both buyers and sellers.

So, if a listing doesn't have SecureSwap enabled, this means that you will receive the ticket as uploaded by the seller. However, we still have strict safety measures in place to ensure that all tickets and sellers adhere to our standards.

Rest assured that we are constantly working to maintain our reputation as the safest place to buy and sell tickets. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
