A ticket alert is a notification we send you when a ticket that meets your criteria is listed on our platform. Through a ticket alert, you’ll be notified when a ticket you want to buy gets placed on TicketSwap.

How can you set a ticket alert?

You can very easily set an alert on the app or website, on the page of an event. Just switch the toggle and set your preferences, and we’ll let you know when the ticket of your dreams is available 🤞

How can you remove a ticket alert?

Found your ticket, or no longer able to go to an event? You can easily remove the alert by going to the ticket alerts menu in your account.
