At TicketSwap, we only accept the original, unedited ticket file. This means that, in order to sell a ticket on our platform, you need to download the tickets straight from the mail from the organizer. If you edited the file to extract a single ticket, our system will block this. Changes to the layout will also be noticed, so it’s not possible to edit the file by for instance blacking out information.
If you don’t want to sell all tickets, still go for the full file! You can always select which tickets you want to sell, and which ones you want to keep.
