TicketSwap is a secure platform for buying and selling tickets for concerts, festivals, sports events, theatre shows, and other types of live entertainment.

With our platform, you can easily and safely buy and sell your spare tickets.

In Belgium & France, the way fees work is slightly different. Read on to understand how it works.

Here are the fees associated with using TicketSwap in Belgium & France:

Selling tickets

Creating a listing on TicketSwap is free. If you successfully sell a ticket, you'll be charged a 5% service fee of the selling price.

For events held in Belgium or France, the seller may not make a profit on the resale of their tickets. The original face value is always noted on the ticket. However, you may be reimbursed for the costs incurred in reselling the ticket to another fan. Even so, you will not make a profit on your ticket.

That's why the price offered in Belgium or France is never higher than the original ticket price, plus the 5% service fee we charge you. As a seller, you ultimately can only receive a maximum of the original ticket price.

This means that a seller of a ticket for an event in Belgium or France, with an original ticket price of €20, can set the maximum price at €21 (€20 + 5%), from which they’ll receive €20. This is also clearly explained in the price breakdown when you’re buying or selling tickets.

Buying tickets

When you buy a ticket for events in Belgium or France, you can be sure that the seller will not make a profit on the sale of that ticket to you. For events in Belgium or France, the most you'll pay is the original ticket price.

When purchasing a ticket, you'll pay a 5% service fee, as well as a 3% transaction fee on your order. On top of that, sellers also pay a service fee, with the max they can recover being the original price they paid for the ticket.
