There are a few reasons you might not be able to see or download your ticket. Below you can find some of the reasons this might be the case.
The event’s using a closed loop system
Check the event organiser's page to see if they're using a closed loop system. This is where the organiser or ticket provider decides to release tickets closer to the date of the event. This can be anywhere from 2 weeks or 2 hours before the doors open. If the event is using this feature, you’ll be able to see the ticket when the organiser says they’ll release it.
It’s a Ticketmaster transfer ticket
If your ticket is from Ticketmaster and you bought it on TicketSwap, you’ll need to click on the link in the email to accept the transfer. Then you’ll find it in your Ticketmaster account.
If the Ticketmaster event is using a closed loop system where the ticket is unreleased, you’ll find the ticket in your Ticketmaster account when the event organiser chooses to release it.
You’ve shared your ticket
Check that you’re not sharing your ticket with someone else. If you are, you won't be able to see or use the ticket. If this is the case you can click ‘Cancel sharing’. You can always share again after, if you change your mind.
How to download or print a ticket
You can download the ticket if you’re using a web browser. You’ll find the option to download or print the ticket in ‘Your tickets’ on your account when you log in using the same account you bought the ticket with.
