We recently noticed that it might not be entirely clear how to find your chat with our customer service if you already contacted us. This could give the impression you need to start a new chat every single time, and that's not the case of course!

Since it works best for everyone if you have all your conversation info in one chat, here's a quick tutorial on how to find your chat back.

Step 1: Open a chat

If you arrive in our chat window, it seems like you are redirected to start a new conversation.

Step 2: Press the arrow in the top left corner of the chat window

Step 3: Go to 'Continue the conversation' at the top of the window

Step 4: Select the chat you first started and continue your conversation!
