How do I change or remove my ticket listing?

How do I edit or delete my listing?

📱On the app

  1. Go to the Sell tab on your listing

  2. Then tap Manage listing

  3. From there you can edit the price or description

  4. To delete your listing, tap the three dots at the top right of your screen

  5. Then tap Delete listing

💻On a web browser

  1. Go to Your listings

  2. Then to Manage your listing

  3. From there you can edit the price or description

  4. To delete your listing, you can click Remove listing on the ticket or go straight to the Delete listing button at the bottom of the screen

What if my ticket’s in someone's cart or already sold?

If a ticket is in someone's cart, or they’re already paying, you can’t delete your listing unless the ticket goes back up for sale.

If someone buys your ticket, you won’t be able to delete it or use it. On our platform, all sales are final – it’s part of our T&Cs.
